The One Hundred Oaks Mall was in a state of decline until Vanderbilt Health moved in, renovating over 300,000 square feet and relocating 20+ clinics. Since the project began, the area has seen a retail revival. TollesonMcCoy worked closely with Vanderbilt University Medical Center to implement interior and exterior signage standards, expanding the system when needed. The internally illuminated solar-powered vehicular directional signage was designed to work with the retail site signs. The faux stone bases are indistinguishable from the stonework on the building.
